I'm trying to find a way to have cases automatically escalated after a set period of time. Each case would need to be coded by company to a particular person. Maximizer support had me to check with KnowledgeSync, but their addon only sends out email alerts.

Any ideas?

No, Maximizer's Workflow Automation Suite (powered by KnowledgeSync) can do a lot more than just that. Ask your Business Partner about it, or maybe ask for details here.
