I am using a Word template for our quotations. This has fields merged with Maximizer so when we open up a new quote it takes the contact details etc directly from Maximizer. What I would like to do, once the quote is complete, is 'de-link' it from Maximizer so that if someone happens to have it open at the same time as another Maximizer entry, it does not change all the information to thatof the highlighted entry.
Does anyone know if this can be done?

Have you tried...

[Ctrl-a] to "Select All"

...followed by...

[Ctrl-F11] to "Lock Fields"

...?

Or alternativly have you tried our Mail-Merge software called Max Doc.
