UH, I think 9 is one higher than 8. If it's not out yet, where can we read about it to have an opnion?

Just got an email from Peter Callahan, their VP Sales, asking if I wanted to save 50% by pre-ordering an upgrade to Max 9. We did that with Max 8 and have never installed it because of all the bugs & stability issues - new features weren't worth the hassle - so I doubt we'll take advantage of this "generous" offer. Anyway, here's the link to the latest list of new features - many of which were touted as new with Max 8 and even Max 7 so I don't really know what's truly new : http://www.maximizer.com/productinfo/salesdriver/email_upgrade_sym.html

WOW today Max 9 is out. www.maximizer.com
- We can view a demo, test as a trial.
- What I expect the most it is the action planner and the new look and facilities of the Opportunity. You can see into the opportunity the the ACTIVITIES undone. That is great to have everything into the same place.
More place for comments.
And also export into EXCEL, synchronize calendar by one clic.
- Action planner will be great to standardize the whole process.
EXELLENT!

WHat about proper integration to Outlook? The ability to email documents from the Company Library to multiple Address Book entries? The ability to forward an email to multiple Address Book entries? A word processor that does tables?

"These are a few of my favourite things ..."

Hello, I've been using Maximizer 9 since early January, I guess my company received an early release. I have not used Maximizer 8 so I cannot compare it to earlier versions. However, it is light-years beyond and much more stable than ACT! 2005.

No, you must have been using Maximizer Enterprise 9, which was released in late 2005. Maximizer 9 was released last week.

"Maximizer Enterprise" and "Maximizer" are different products.

Worst feature in max 9, from my point of view, is that it sync with outlook for contact, calendar, but not task.
