I'll be outsourcing data entry to an independent admin person who doesn't have Maximizer. While I know I can import from a spreadsheet-- the data currently exists on the various s****s of paper that now make up my contact management system-- I was wondering if there is a better way. One thought was to load Maximizer onto a shared web drive and give her access. I was wondering if this would work and also what other ideas people have. Eric

Using Max over VPN is too slow. Terminal Services works but is complex to set up. MaxEchange would likely work but may be too expensive/complex. You could use something like GoToMyPC (essentially, a Citrix/Terminal Services type of structure that you pay for by the month), but you would have to set up a network at your place and install Max as a networked, multi-user version then allow the admin person to access one of the nodes on the network. On all these, the trade-offs are speed, security and cost. - R.
