I perform IT consulting for small businesses so I am usually on the road most of the day. I was hoping to have the ability to have emails sent to my cell phone reminding me of appointments or 'to-dos'. I know there is the option of sending an email when a meeting has been scheduled but that's no good for my purpose. I need the email notification sent about xx minutes before the meeting. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? Thanks!
I suppose you could get some enterprising Maximizer Business Partner to write you a little widget using the NotifyAppointment and/or NotifyHotlist hooks....

Depending on your phone just tell maximizer to email to the phone direct, TELUS uses telnumber@msg.telus.net... Is your phone text capable? then check with your provider to give you the email address specific to your phone

Email Notification is available with Maximizer 8. It works great, you can pick any time prior to event to send you a email with the message time and a note saying this is a Maximizer notification. Works great I use it for important meetings right to my text message on my cellular phone., Love it!!
