Is it possible to change the standard font from times new roman to Arial? I have tried setting the default font in max's word processor to arial, I have email set to HTML but the presentation is crap. No where does there seem to be an email specific font option.

So I guess the answer is no and I have to use Times Roman or continue in Outlook if I want good presentation.

You haven't said what product or version you're using, but with Max 7 I have a similar problem. It's an acknowledged but that Max ignores Outlook's HTML default and comes up as plain text. So what I have to do for each eamil is to use Format > HTML, select all text, then use Format > Style > Normal to change the body text all to Arial 10 point. Sounds like a pain but once you get used to it there's no big deal.
