We have many existing companies listed in our address book. We enter new contacts every day. Is there any way to copy all the information entered in the UDFs of the company, and paste into the UDFs of the contact without doing one by one? Thanks for your reply!!!

Hi Carl,

In the New Enterprise 6 there's a little tick box so that when you add a new company/contact you can have the UDFs coppied to both.

Dear Ian,

Your are a "Prince" for answering my question. What a wonderful change in comparison to e-mailing Maximizer directly. I actually get a reply!! Although I have Max 6.0, I have yet to install to our network. I'm not sure what a "tick box" is, but if you say it's there, I'll find it.

Incidently, we love Maximizer. Our life and business revolve around it. I know you are not the publisher, but obviously your company is very involved with MultiActive. Keep up the good work and the Max talk.

We are experimenting with your Max Doc 1.2 product. We are simply scanning price lists into the document section. No graphics to speak of. If we try to scan the whole document, ImageVison will not display anything. But if we pre-scan, and use the mouse to scan just a portion of the document, say 10%, then ImageVision will show just the portion we framed with the mouse. Is there a memory restriction with ImageVison or what?

Thanks again for your reply.
