Anyone have experience with both Max and Prophet? I have to admit that working directly within Outlook (as Prophet does) is really attractive. Any sage experience/opinions?
Aren't Prophet and Maximizer 2 different things? I worked with an accounting system named Prophet about 15 years ago - it was from Australia. Very slick and liked it a lot, but it was not a sales/contact manager as Max is.
It is like the force, the dark side of the force :Once you are ingaged with Maximizer you sty for the rest of your life. Implementation is so long, when you switch to another software you loose alot of time, and many stuff are not compatible, and many stuff you like from MAX will not be on the other one.
Running maximizer 9 since February 17, 2006, with QB link.

For direct contact management software works with outlook, try MS Business Contact manager, you should be able to download it for free if you have a legit copy of MS Office.
