When I first open Max9 and click on Address book, not all of the contents show up. I have to click on View/All companies and individuals before I can see all of my entries. I'm sure I've done something wrong here when I set it up - can someone help me?

Depends on what your initial selection was.
Solution: File | Preferences | System Defaults....check the "Ask at program which address book to view". Restart Max & choose your options at the 1st screen at startup. |
