I want to use accounting Link to integrate my accounting data in QuickBooks and my contact information in Maximizer. There is no demo available and I have not been able to find a complete explanation of how complete this integration is. According to the Maximizer documentation, Accounting Link allows Maximizer to display balance details, invoice history, etc. in 'a seperate accounting tab for easy viewing'. I want to know if it is possible to run a search or a report in Maximizer based on accouning information from Quickbooks. For instance, I might want to search for all contacts of category 'customer' who have a QuickBooks invoice dated within the last year. Is this sort of thing possible with Accounting Link?

Hi,
No there is no reports that I know you can use. Link do what you wrote + I use it to create new costumer into QB: instead of creating 1 customer in MAX and 1 in QB, I create it in MAX and press the boutton : create this customer in QB and it is done.
And if you have customer identical on both he can create a link to see what he owe you, create invoice etc...
I was not impressed but it dose what it is promised to: LINK.
