I see that I can schedule a recurring appointment but does anyone know how to set up a recurring event or to-do such as an annual billing or something like that?

In the current versions of Maximizer when creating an appointment you can click on the 'Recurring' button, this will allow you to select an interval between 'Daily' and 'Annually' for the appointment to recur on.

How about a recurring "To-Do" or a recurring "Phone Call"?
