I created and organization and some contacts.
Later, I went back and added a phone number for the organization. Despite closing and reopening Maximizer, on multiple days, I cannot get the phone number to appear as part of the contact information. Help, please. |

Where are you looking for the phone number? There are multiple ways to find it - by opening the contact and looking for it on the Basic Information tab, by using a View such as the *Default Address Book View, etc.
Also, where did you add it? To the Company or the Contact? - R. |

Adding a phone number to a 'company' does not automatically add it to all of the 'company contacts'. You would need to do a Global Edit (Edit menu) to accomplish this.

Methuen is correct: You need to do a Global Edit if you add the number AFTER creating the contact. But if you add the phone number BEFORE you add the contacts, then it will show up in the new contacts.
Also, User-defined fields work the same way provided you have the "new contact inherits user-defined fields" box checked. It's a good idea to selece Edit/deFault entry and make sure that that box is checked. |
