As a manager of a group of sales people I often want to look at hotlist tasks that are set up against each of my group's login ID's.
I've looked in the help, but it doesn't give any details of how I can do this. Does anyone know if this possible, and if so how I do it? |

If you go to File>Preferences>Calender/Hotlists you can specify either Read Access or Full Access to specific users or to a group.
If you are using Max 7 or 7.5 you can configure this in the Administrator program for each user individually Regards CABC Support |
