We have loads of clients with two or three email addreses.
How do I get Maximiser to show all 3 say, but enable me to default (or even use!) anything other than the first email address? I am looking at an entry for a Jane Doe. under email addresses we have designated email as "work" email 1 as "home" and email 2 as "other" Jane has a home email only. Highlight Jane, right click, send email; no address appears (ie it doesnt pick up the home email address) I have the same problem on sendouts (another stream). |

Hello;
I upgraded to Maximizer 8 because of the multiple email addresses and the promise of being able to send email in MTML. Alas while they give 3 fileds for email only the 1st works. This was confirmed by tech support. They had no explaination as to what the other 2 fields were for. Also the html email cannot be used in merge. WTF use is that. I would have been better off to stay with Max 7 both financially and from the utilitarian POV. I now find that I cannot open Max Databases on my laptop from my desk top and visa versa. |

I know your frustration! I am currently suing for my money back as Max crashes if we try to use it for email. Also I cant get the laptop to work either and our tech support are frankly worse than useless.
Such a shame, great idea, useless implimentation! |
