We have been using Max Doc V1.2 with Maximizer V7 for some time now without problems on PC's running Windows 2000.
We have now installed the same configuration onto Windows XP and have found that when we try and merge information from Maximizer into Word using Max Doc, the Word Template goes blank.
Has anyone any idea why this might be happening?
