Ive noticed that Max Doc 1.2 now works with Zetafax.

I have installed the Zetafax API program but what are the steps involved in getting this to work as i am still getting failed to open messages asking if the API is installed.

There's no special trick. You just have to have the Zetafax API in order to view and capture faxes into Maximizer with Max Doc.

Can I suggest you log your problem directly with our support desk (01635 570980) in order to get help with the configuration on your system?
