Hi,
Thanks for your quick answer. Upgrading is an option. But I have to be thrifty, because I'm working now as a retired businessman for a church comunity.. I read that you have advised mr. John Augustin (Dec. 19) is a similar situation to remove an item in the folder named ~PVSW~. I think it will also work in my situation. But doing so I got the message 'Local engine is not accessible to the MicroKernel router'. What does that mean and what to do further? Thanks, Lambert |

Good Afternoon,
That error message means that you are trying to start Maximizer without the database engine running. Look in the programs list for a Pervasive.SQL folder and start the Workgroup Engine. Then try Maximizer again. However there is no guarentee that this will work as the Pervasive.SQL 2000 Workgroup Engine is also not certified for Vista. |
