Our Company keeps track of contacts in four significant positions at each one of our clients in an Access database. We are trying to import these contacts into Maximizer 6.0. The import has been successful, but we are trying to avoid duplication when one of these contacts leaves the employ of our client. How do we overwrite the contact who is leaving the client with the new contact who is taking his/her place?
