Hi,

I've installed MaxDoc 1.2 onto a few clients, some of them exhibit the problem some don't.
All clients are running Maximizer 7.5 and are updated with SP6.

After installing MaxDoc the commands (Open (Max Doc) etc. in the File menu in Word and the toolbar are not available. We can't really use MaxDocs until this is fixed.

Please help!!!

If the MaxDoc buttons aren't installed in Word then load Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\CABC\MaxDoc and right click and copy CABCMax.dot.

Load Word and go to Tools>Options>File Locations>highlight 'Startup' and click Modify.

In the diag box that appears right click and select Paste.

Close Word and re-open it.

The options should now appear, if not go to View>Toolbars and tick 'CABC MaxDoc'
