I thought I would post some comments..
For info we are now running the employee and partner ports of Max 7 ecrm version on MS SQL2000. The employee and partner portals are very good - although a real bitch to set up. A few features are missing but overall they are well thought out and work well. |

Hi Jason,
Congratulations on getting the system working! The Portals can be very tricky to set up as can any Maximizer system. CABC recommend that all Maximizer Enterprise systems are installed by a consultant regardless of whether they are based on Pervasive or MSSQL. I agree the Web portals are a very nice piece of software. Are you using the Employee portals only or are you using the full Partner portals and customer portals as well? Can you let the group now how you are getting along with them in a few weeks? Regards CABC Support |

Hi,
We are using both employee and partner portals. We have had a few problems with re-directs / DLL calling directly as we host mutiple internal websites on a fixed IP behind a firewall.. Gets a bit messy. We are also changing all the colours, logos and other stuff presented to the user which is going well. Overall the portals are pretty nice! |
