Has anyone had trouble logging into these portals using the Mary/Paul user ID and password as the manual describes. My installation states :Failed to login to the site due to an incorrect User ID or Password."
If I try to get the password sent via the Forgotton Login Credentials - it says it is not setup (and it is) If I try to create a new customer to test the login it comes up with "Error in the application." Grateful for some help |

The best way to log into the Escona Tutorial database either through the thick client or through the portals is either: Username: JNAPOLI Password: MAXIMIZER (Or PASSWORD depenging on version) OR Username: MASTER Password: CONTROL |

I was trying to use the customer access site. I can't log in under their logins eg the Mary Id as per the manual
If I try and set up a new contact and register on the web site it is coming up with an error in the application once you hit the OK but on the register page. Is their a flag that needs to be activated other then setting the web config file to true to get this to work. |

I hae got the Tutorial database to work - but now I'm getting the same error on my database - All the customer flags seem correct.

By changing the SQL settings on the WebUser account - I have got it to work
