First of all, I am sorry if this is not the right forum to post this question but I think it is the best place to do so.

I am a student and I am trying to develop a TAPI compliant softphone that capable to communicate with Maximizer. From what I know, the first thing you have to do is to figure out which version of TAPI Maximizer use.I search all of the FAQ, knowledgebase and forum of Maximizer but I could not find the information I need...

This is the first software development project that I am doing so I dont know if there are any other considerations that I have to take?

Any ideas and recommendations would be very appreciated.

Greetings! I have used the Maximizer TAPI with a third-party computer telephony (Interactive Intelligence).

It may require much experimenting and sometimes a third-party license to achieve 100% success!
