I have TAPI working well with Maximizer 9. However, in our law office we enter clients in as separate Maximizer "individuals" or "companies" if we are doing different work for a client. Usually only one is active and the other is/are closed. Is there a way to mark in the address book which individual or company is to be matched to an incoming phone call? Currently, all the client files with that phone number come up, and it's a nuisance to figure out which on the list is the active file. Thank you,

Good Afternoon John, Maximizer has a limited capability to detect incoming calls as explained below:

However the incoming call detect is not a supported function so if it doesn't work for your specific system then I am afraid that Maximizer Software will not provide any additional assistance and will not accept escalated cases from a business partner related to it.
