I regularly use maxdoc to scan documents. I am getting the following wrror mssages when trying to view some (but not all) of these documents:-
OLE ITF returned an error code 340. Current operation could not be completed. What is the problem? how do I resolve it? I have also found that themaxdoc image viewer does not work with windows XP. Sometimes it works other times it shows a grey screen. I can usually view the grey ones with msoffice document viewer. Look forward to hearing from you soon. |
