I've built a site with ECbuilder ver 4. I want to add some elements particularly another section with user info and some cgi scripts.

Is there any way I can do this without having to repeat the process everytime I update the catalogue?

look forward to hearing from you

Hi Chris,

The approach we've taken is to build the main bits of our site in our case with Frontpage but you could do them by hand or with another tool and then 'plug in' the ecBuilder site as a sub-web if you have a look www.cabc.co.uk you'll see how we've inserted our ecBuilder store.

This allows you to work on the two reasonably seperatley. We also put links from the Frontpage bit to the ecBuilder bit.

Last week I saw a very impressive demo of the new Multiactive product Entice. Its in a different price bracket, but completley integrates what the user does on your site with their entry in your marketing database. eg. the visitor can update their own name and address and then get a thank you email with a new relevant offer a little later - cool eh?
