I have a desperate Need for the ability to have a log of any and all changes that are made to notes, contacts, udfs. Creation Times and modified times. We are having issues with a high level employee tampering with notes for the purpose of sabotaging their colleagues. This person is in a position of complete trust in the organization and a Log is essential to correcting this behaviour. Is this something you can help with?

I'm looking for a simple add-on that integrates with Outlook, that will take an incoming email, and with a click of a button strip out the relevant fields and dump them as a new contact into Maximizer. I have several quotation requests that come in from our web site, and it would be nice to simplify the process of adding these new contacts into Maximizer. At the moment it comes in as comma-delimited data and I carry out a manual import into Maximizer after pasting the data into a txt file.

I have TAPI working well with Maximizer 9. However, in our law office we enter clients in as separate Maximizer "individuals" or "companies" if we are doing different work for a client. Usually only one is active and the other is/are closed. Is there a way to mark in the address book which individual or company is to be matched to an incoming phone call? Currently, all the client files with that phone number come up, and it's a nuisance to figure out which on the list is the active file.
