Datamanager error 19

HAVING SIMILAR issues here, most of KB updates I see relate to Office 2013.

No matching KB notes to try deleting.

Installed on new machine, Win 10 new install off ISO disk, and Max11 new install, same issues, lots of error messages before start.

Appreciate the combined efforts here.
