MAX 9 appointment crash

Most of time when I am browsing around appointment it will finaly happen, max will crash. Just looking at them it is ok, but when you start to oppen them and close them MAX 9 dose not like it.
Why do I oppen and close them, I don't know, but I have to do it to release stress.
