Max crashes when sending emails

We are using an older version of Maximizer (ver 11). We are running Windows 7 and MS Office 10. When anyone tries to send emails through Max, using Outlook, Max crashes. It doesn't happen every single time but it happens more often than not. I see lots of posts about Maximizer crashing when emails are sent but not really seeing a definite fix. If we were to switch to the current Max 15 version (on premises, not in the cloud) does anyone know for sure whether or not this bug has been fixed in that version?
