Outlook Appointments

We have an environment where some PCs have maximizer and some don't. I create appointments in Maximizer and synchronize them to my outlook. Then I have to open them and invite attendees for those that do not have maximizer. However, when the appointment invitation arrives in the invited attendees inbox, it does not have a facility to accept the invitation and therefore does not appear on the invited attendees calendar. Has anyone experienced this issue, and does anyone know how to fix it? Regards, Ben
