Unable to start Maximizer Entrepreneur 12 - Activate Loop

I have been using Maximizer Entrepreneur 12 for a couple of years and used older versions for many years before that without any problems.

Since coming back to work in the New Year whenever I try to start Max 12 it asks for the program to be Activated. On entering the Customer Number and PSN it says it is already Activated. It has been re-Activated a few times now but each new time I come to load it a fresh it asks to be Activated.

I have updated my OS from Win8 to Win10 in the Fall and it was still working OK since that update, but other than that update there has been no other system changes.
