4 GB size restriction with Max 10 group edition

We have Maximizer Group 10 edition.We are filling up or databases more frequently than before.We have partitioned one database already but need to do it again.Is there a way to increase the capacity of the storage without upgrading to a newer version? We are required to keep data for 7 years so we must be carefull what we purge.
