I've been a loyal Maximizer user forever. Last year I upgraded to CRM 12. I use it every day. Today when I tried to open the program I received a message that Maximizer needed activation. Luckily I had my customer number, serial number, etc, in a file. When I re-entered it, I got a new error: that this information had already been used. I know that! I have been using this licensed version for a year! But now I'm locked out. What am I supposed to do?

My problem is similar. I have had to re-install CRM12 Entrepreneur to a new server because the last server died. Re install went well but I am unable to activate it because it says I'm already activated.
