While you appear to have provided quite a lot of information it is still quite difficult to be sure the cause of this problem. Probably it is being caused by incorrectly saved settings associated with the screen layout.

If you are confident with editing the registry delete the entire key from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MAXIMIZER SOFTWARE to effectively remove all your screen layout settings for the programme. If you are concerned about doing this you could export the key first as a precaution. Do not attempt this unless you are familiar with registry editing as deleting the wrong section of the registry could seriously affect the operation of your computer.
