I have several users that have asked if there is any way to select more than 1 e-mail at a time and then add those e-mails to a contact as documents. You can do this now one at a time but is there any trick that will allow you to do several at a time?

We are running Maximizer Enterprise 7.0 with service pack 3, hot fix 2.

That works great if all of the e-mails are associated with the Contact you are trying to save it to, but most of the e-mails we are saving as documents are not associated with any particular contact.

Maximizer will not allow me to save more than one e-mail to one contact at a time. It does not make a difference if I select them all then select EDIT, SAVE E-MAIL MESSAGE, and then select SAVE ALL or SAVE SELECTED E-MAIL MESSAGES. Maximizer will ask me if I am sure and when I click on YES it reports 0 MESSAGES WERE SAVED AS DOCUMENTS AND 0 DOCUMENTS WERE DELETED.

I don’t think it is possible to do in Maximizer. Its pretty buggy and they just rolled out 7.5 so I don’t expect them to put out any more service packs to fix this version.

Thanks anyway.
