I have set up users for the calendar with colour coding. There are 3 of us in the office but the appointments all get the administrator's colour code. How can I fix it so that each person who enters an appointment retains their colour.

I'm finding the same problem with the email signatures.

regarding the email signatures, do you mean that everyone's email signature is showing uop the same? If so, not sure why that is, as we have no problems with it, at least in Max 7.

The way we set it up is that you have to log into Max under each user's ID separately, and use File > Preferences > EMail > Autosignature to set up their unique signature. For us this works like a charm.
