If you find value in this web site, please take a few moments to send an email to the folks at Maximizer asking them to provide direct support for it. This was a direct suggestion from my Maximizer rep, and I think it's good one.

Send your email to suggestions@maximizer.com. The text of the message I used is as follows :

"As a long term Maximizer user I've found great value in the web site www.maxtalk.com, the best Maximizer web resource I've found. I'd like to ask you at Maximizer to consider supporting it in some way. One direct benefit to you will be increased sales from the validation provided by a positive, independent, user-run support forum that already gets frequent enquiries from people comparing Maximizer to Act, Goldmine, etc. You will lose fewer clients as users will be more satisfied with the product and feel better supported by you as the developers. You will lower your costs as the forum can be a resource for your internal support and development staff. In addition, you will gain access to a "test lab" of Maximizer users at all levels who can provide feedback on current and proposed product conditions and ideas. At www.maxtalk.com we are all Maximizer supporters, and many of us have been so for many years. Please consider demonstrating your support for us in return."

If we all ask loudly enough, hopefully they'll listen.

Good Moring Rooster. This site is operated and supported by CABC, we are a Maximizer Business Partner and reseller based in the UK.

I'm glad you find value in this site and that you wish to support the continued existence of MaxTalk.

As a business partner we already feedback the comments and suggestions placed on this site by yourself and other users to Maximizer Software. So in a manner there is already a line of communication back to them.

I am going to have to close this thread though I'm afraid as its a little off topic for a Maximizer user and support forum. Please don't think that we don't value your vote of confidence & feedback but we simply feel that this topic isn't needed as MaxTalk through CABC is already associated with Maximizer Software (in so much as we are a Business Partner).

If I could just take the opportunity to point out that anyone with a Maximizer related issue or question can simply contact us on support@cabc.co.uk, we will be glad to help.
