I was converting 2 Max3 databases to Max9. 1 came acros ok buth the second & main one didn't. The document templates are missing. I have backedup & restored the templates file in Max9 but to no affect.
In Max3 I created a blank database & transferred the templates to the new database & converted to Max9 & they came across ok. I then tried to transfer in Max9 the templates from the blank database but got a message that the documents already exist. This would indicate that they are in the database but they are not showing in the main database. Any ideas? TIA
