Hum... I have looked into maximizer knowledge base, and there is nothing there about code 8594. You have no choise to call them their support.
- On other hand I look at google.com about
W3DBSMGR, and it show many links http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/w3dbsmgr/
Description: W3DBSMgr.exe is the Database Service Manager for Pervasive SQL. It is a vital part of Pervasive SQL and should not be terminated while using this database.

- I don't know what version you have, but there is updates on maximizer.com and some have permasive updates. just look for your product update.

If you have already the latest.

Do a backup, So maby it is about deinstalling you permasive software (by disabling first your antivirus), reboot, (disable first your antivirus again), reinstall permasive.

If problem persist, backup and uninstall + reinstall maximizer, do not forget to disable antivirus when uninstalling/installing.

Good luck may the force be with you.
