Everyone in the company has this issue, which only seems to occur under very specific conditions.

Maximizer12 + Office 2003
-------------------------
>User selects to compose a new email from the large 'Email' button on the tool bar ('Home' tab).

>User progresses through modal options to compose, which opens a Word2003 email editing window.

>First line of email, before autosignature is different from default (default has been defined in Outlook options, Maximizer Setup and Word template as Helvetica Neue).

>Different font is not standard, sometimes Arial, sometimes TNR.

>Autosignature and compose in HTML are on AND required (set in Maximizer)

>Compose in Word2003 is on AND also required (set in Outlook)

Can anyone help with this?

Interestingly, this renegade first line being inserted into the composed email is not inserted under any other conditions I've found. It will only happen when composing, through Maximizer by opening a Windows 2003 instance (as defined in Outlook).

Hi

Historically we have found changing font in the following areas has fixed or improved this:

1. Open internet explorer, go to internet options, then click on the fonts button and set these up to the desired font.

2. In Word you will need to go into options, then general, then advanced and find web options and change the fonts there.

Hopefully this helps, we may be able to do more so let us know how you get on.
