We are using Maximizer 12 series 2143 Build 2059 and have issues with it freezing when moving from folder to folder in the email view, this is making the application unusable, my sent items is only 100mb and just over 2000 emails, I do not think that is a lot in today's email environment but the application takes an age to scan it and then freezes, I have searched many posts on the internet and followed the advice and settings in the preferences but nothing makes any difference, I have disabled my anti virus software on my PC and disabled all add ins in Outlook 2010 except maximizer but nothing makes any difference, can anyone please explain what I can do to make this application usable?? We have 5 staff using it 3 using Win7 64bit and Office 2010, and 2 using Win XP x86 with Office 2007 and they all experience the same problem.
