Maximizer CRM 11 Email

I'm having a problem where all the HTML Markup language is visible in outgoing messages. You don't see it when you are creating the message, but the recipient on the other end sees a mess of HTML coding that can't be understood.

I am using Maximizers email editor, checked create message in HTML.

Any ideas?

Just as a followup.
I went into preferences for Maximizer CRM email under the Email tab. Here are the settings
Unchecked - Compose messages using email service providers editor.
Unchecked - Override Extended MAPI
Checked - Compose messages in HTML

When I start a new email message the Maximizer Email Editor comes up as it should and allows me to edit the new email in HTML. The message looks totally normal in the window.
I click send and the message it sent.
When the message is received on the other end it shows all the HTML source coding mixed in with the message body causing big problems with reading it.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem?

Somehow I think you have probably managed to include the doc type definitions for html twice within the outgoing email. These should have been inserted by Maximizer but I think perhaps you have inserted them again as part of the signature. I suspect reading the html as html is then failing and you are seeing the html coding instead.

Please note that there are limitations in html email sent from Maximizer 11 that affect the fonts actually sent out. These are addressed in Maximizer 12 and maybe a good reason to consider upgrading.
