User Define Fields report

Hi,

I'm running into problems printing the user defined fields information on a customer. We are wanting to use this tab to note any customer preferences regarding their orders, shipping instructions, etc. Previously, I would right click in the tab, press PRINT and all the information would come out (i.e. FIELD, ITEM, and TYPE fields information). Now, when I go to print it, only the ITEM and TYPE fields are printing.

Any idea why this has happened?

I forgot to mention the version I am using is Maximizer Enterprise 9.5.
