10.0 enterprise SR2 SP1 password won't work

I have to move the program to another computer. Installed the program and did a backup on the old computer and tried to restore to the new computer and password won't work. any thoghts? Also when I tried a clean install and have the backup file from the existing server the new install gives me the error "global address bboks may only be restored on the server"

First confirm that your new installation worked correctly by opening the escona tutorial database or if you did not install this create a new blank database and make sure you can log into the default MASTER account password.

Assuming this is working then you may need to use the default MASTER account password as well as the original password.

Possibly you may find it simpler if you change the MASTER account password on the new system to your old MASTER account password before attempting the restore.

If you restore a SQL Maximizer database you will need to delete and recreate the MASTER user and schema from within SQL Management Studio under the Database security folder.

Once you have done this you be able to log on to the database with the MASTER user
