One of the users of my 5 user licence can't login to Maximizer. The program becomes non-responsive and the login form does not appear. 

It's almost as if her program cannot locate the host machine. The attached picture show what appears before the program closes itself.  

Using Maximizer CRM Group 2016

Hi,

If you are familiar with the registry editor then please check the following in the registry.   If you are not then please ask your network administrator to help you with this.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Maximizer Software\Maximizer\Common\Sys

I think you will see that the WORKSPACES_PATH value has been blanked out.  You need to edit it and change its value to 'Global'



I think this will solve your problem.
