Morning All.

I use maximiser at work, but I'm quite a newbie with it.

I have a question for you all. We recently sent out a massive mailing campaign and have had about 600 requests to take people off our mailing list.

In the past I've been searching for 1 person at a time, amending their details, saving and then repeating the same process over and over again!.

To do this for 600+ contacts it's going to take me days!

Is there a quicker and easier way to do this?

I have a big long excel list of JUST email addresses and I was wondering if I could somehow do one big search at once, and then 'global edit' all of their 'do not solicit' UDF.

Please help! - Thankyou

For your information CABC have developed an outlook plug-in that reduces this task to 1 or 2 clicks for each email returned. Having used the plug-in Maximizer is fully updated with a record of the bounce and removal of the invalid email address from the contact. This makes the task of checking bounces much quicker and easier and ensures there is a clear record in Maximizer of why the email address is considered no longer valid.

For details contact CABC directly CABC
