Access 2000 link to Notes Text does not work!

Hi
I saw a posting about the text being encrypted or something. Mine does the same, and as you scroll down you get a ODBC error. The database is on the same PC, so no worries about the network linking. The other tables seem fine, only the Notes Text field - and this is the one I wanted to work with!
