Access to knowledge base articles from external application

hi ! I'm developping an external application using a DSN with the Maximizer ODBC driver, but there's one thing I can't do...
as it says in the title, I want to show a customer service case with the associated resolving article (example : CS case 10000 was resolved by the knowledge base article #KB-00002)
but how do I know which CS case is associated with what KB article, and do do I get the KB article content ?
