Acrobat files in Library

Hi,
I tried dropping the Maximizer user's guide onto an item in the Company Library and the program suffered a horrible crash (Program is busy, Retry?).
Since Acrobat is our company library standard, this is a big issue. Is there a way to put Acrobat files into the library?

After choosing the file you want in your Company Library check the "Create a link to the selected file." It doesn't appear that the file being either "public" or "MASTER" makes any difference. Unfortunately, you won't see a preview of the file, as some other file types allow you to do. However, your system won't crash in the process either.
