I have my Maximizer loaded on both my PC at home and my Lap Top for when I travel. About 7 days ago I backed up my files on my PC and restored on to my Lap Top. Opened up my Lap Top today and all my information is gone! What happened?

Mike, try opening Maixmizer on your laptop and clicking File>>Open Address Book, then select the address book you restored the backup into and click Open. Log in using your username and password.

Then go to the address book click View>>All Companies and Individuals.

This will retrieve all the Company and Individual entries in the address book.
